What we collect
Contact form: name, email, a link to your profile or website (optional), the service you're interested in and the message you write.
Technical data: when you visit the site, the server processes your IP address and basic request data (browser, page requested) to serve the page, limit abusive form submissions and protect the site.
Why we use it and legal basis
To answer your request and, if you ask, prepare a service proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable).
Site security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't use your data to send you marketing without your consent, we don't sell it and we don't make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact if we don't end up working together. If you hire our services, for the duration of the relationship and the legal periods that follow.
Technical security data is kept only as long as needed for that purpose, at most 30 days in server logs.
Recipients and international transfers
We use a web hosting provider and an email delivery provider that process data on our behalf (processors) under contractual safeguards.
The controller is established in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us from the European Union, your data is transferred outside the EEA because this is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR); with our providers we rely on standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
We also comply with the applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to edgar.c.l4444@gmail.com.
If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Minors
This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
